The low temperature at Golden Bear Cottages today was 49 degrees at 5:00 A.M. Night-time lows will be in the upper 40's this week, which is great for an evening by the fireplace in any of our 28 cabins and cottages. We will have beautiful Summer weather for the next few days with daytime highs in the middle 70's. Please drive with care.

Any storms may contain frequent lightning, small hail, and gusty winds, so be aware of the threat, especially anyone hiking the peaks (Baldy, Big Bear, Gorgonio, San Jacinto). Isolated heavy showers are possible, up to 1/2" of rain.
Tuesday through Thursday -//> Low pressure moving southward some into the Gulf of Alaska causes some mainly afternoon breeziness as winds aloft increase. Temperatures cool some, and other than some isolated thunderstorms possible on a drier Tuesday, we see just a few clouds at times. CM
